Patient, 18, Assaults Hospital Employees In Capital Region, Police Say

An 18-year-old patient assaulted two employees at a Capital Region hospital, police said.

Saratoga County resident Isabelle Singley, of Burnt Hills, was arrested following an altercation at Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs early Wednesday, March 12.

An investigation found that Singley struck two staff members at the hospital, causing injuries, at around 3 a.m., sheriff’s officials said. No other details about the incident were given.

Singley was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, both felonies. She was arraigned in the Saratoga Springs City Court and released on her own recognizance while the case is pending.
